Senior Search Consultant – IT

We’re hiring a Senior Search Consultant to join and grow our IT Division. This is a true full-desk role for someone who thrives in both client development and candidate engagement - and who is passionate about connecting top technology talent with organizations where they can make an impact.

The Role

  • Client Development: Build and expand a client base by marketing our services to senior leaders, HR teams, and C-level executives.

  • Candidate Recruitment: Source, qualify, and place high-performing IT professionals, leveraging multiple channels including job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

  • Business Development: Drive revenue through consultative sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  • Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with a portfolio of clients and candidates to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting and/or business development within the IT industry.

  • Demonstrated success running a full desk (client + candidate development).

  • Skilled in engaging passive candidates and comfortable with cold-calling.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven with a strong business mindset.

  • Ability to work a hybrid setting in our Orlando, FL office (not a remote role).
