You’ll lead and mentor a team of recruiters, refine our talent acquisition strategies, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality candidates to our clients. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting—and it’s perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, scaling teams, and driving results.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team: Coach, mentor, and manage recruiters to hit performance goals and grow professionally

  • Drive Results: Oversee full-cycle recruitment to ensure timely, high-quality placements

  • Improve Processes: Optimize sourcing strategies and streamline recruiting workflows

  • Partner with Clients: Act as a key liaison with clients, understanding their needs and delivering top talent

  • Track Performance: Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction

  • Innovate: Stay on top of recruiting trends, tools, and techniques to keep us ahead of the curve

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

  • Proven success in a staffing agency or talent acquisition setting

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics

  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Ability to adapt, solve problems, and lead by example
