What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc.  

  • A “detective” mindset—you enjoy uncovering and engaging top talent

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and manage priorities
