What You'll Do:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Strategically identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

  • Market Research: Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Shortlisting & Presentation: Deliver well-vetted, insightful candidate recommendations to clients.

  • Relationship Management: Guide candidates through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.

Who You Are:

  • Hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in helping people and thriving in a team-driven, competitive environment

  • 1+ year of sales or outbound experience, with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach

  • Resilient and proactive, able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers

  • Coachable and accountable, open to feedback, and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes

  • Strong communicator and highly organized, with excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail
