What You'll Do:
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Strategically identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
Market Research: Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Shortlisting & Presentation: Deliver well-vetted, insightful candidate recommendations to clients.
Relationship Management: Guide candidates through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.

Who You Are:
Hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent, with a genuine interest in helping people and thriving in a team-driven, competitive environment
1+ year of sales or outbound experience, with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach
Resilient and proactive, able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers
Coachable and accountable, open to feedback, and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes
Strong communicator and highly organized, with excellent verbal/written skills and attention to detail
