build our national talent network.

Position Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding dental professionals
for locum tenens and permanent roles nationwide. This position is hybrid, with three in-office
days per week at our Las Vegas office, and two remote workdays.
You’ll collaborate closely with our operations and business development teams to ensure we’re
matching the right professionals with the right opportunities—quickly, professionally, and with
care.
Key Responsibilities
Source, engage, and recruit qualified dentists, hygienists, and dental staff using various
strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, etc.).
Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience, credentials, availability, and fit for
open roles.
Work closely with our client services team to understand hiring needs and align
recruitment efforts.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding steps for new hires.
Maintain accurate records and progress updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Proactively build talent pipelines for future staffing needs.
Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals (calls, interviews, hires).
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Motivated self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Knowledge of dental or healthcare roles is a bonus—but not required.
Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV 3 days per week.
