This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the ins and outs of contract staffing and is eager to mentor, lead, and drive results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of experienced staffing professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and development support.

• Drive Strategy: Create and implement business development plans, leading from the front and inspiring success across the team.

• Be a Producer-Leader: Maintain your own book of business, consistently achieving personal sales goals while motivating the team through action and accountability.

• Performance Management: Set goals, monitor KPIs, and help team members hit - and exceed - their targets.

• Hands-On Support: Jump in to assist with recruitment and client delivery when needed to ensure team success.

As Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team focused on accounting and finance contract placements, developing business, and stepping in to support recruitment efforts when needed. You’ll play a key role in shaping the team’s strategy, driving performance, and strengthening client relationships.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in a staffing or recruiting environment.

• Strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

• Deep understanding of the contract staffing lifecycle, with the ability to mentor others on best practices.

• Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (this is not a remote position).
