KBIC is hiring a Search Consultant & Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll learn the fundamentals of executive search and talent consulting, developing skills in research, communication, and relationship-building that translate into long-term career success in recruiting, sales, or business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates and target companies

• Engage professionals through LinkedIn, outreach campaigns, and referrals

• Support search consultants in building and managing candidate pipelines

• Assist with screening candidates and coordinating interviews

• Learn consultative communication and professional outreach techniques

• Track activity and progress using internal systems and tools

This is a hands-on internship where your effort, initiative, and willingness to learn will directly shape your experience and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college student or recent graduate

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Curiosity and interest in business, recruiting, or sales

• Positive attitude, coachability, and eagerness to learn

• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable engaging with professionals in a business setting

• Ability to work onsite from our office in Plano, TX (Legacy West Shopping Center)
