The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to support our high-performing team in managing the sales and search process for Financial Advisors. This is a remote position that offers extensive learning opportunities, direct mentorship from top producers and company executives, and a clear path to growth within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted multi-channel outreach to financial advisors considering a career move
Support senior consultants by managing the full lifecycle of a search process
Maintain and update our CRM system with lead and candidate activity
Join client and candidate calls to observe and eventually participate in consultations
Assist in organizing candidate outreach campaigns and follow-ups
Keep detailed records and maintain organization across multiple concurrent searches
Build strong foundational knowledge of the financial advisory industry
Qualifications
Sales or project management experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems a bonus
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
Open-minded, professional, and highly detail-oriented
