Collar Talent is looking for a motivated and energetic Hiring Specialist to join their growing team in Solon, OH.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in engaging, and building relationships with candidates and employers while learning the fundamentals of recruiting, talent solutions, and business development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Candidate Outreach: Engage candidates through phone calls, LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and strategic outreach

·       Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive communication and relationship building

·       Candidate Qualification: Assess candidate experience, motivations, skills, and career goals to align with open opportunities

·       Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process

·        Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities clearly and use persuasive communication to move candidates through the process

·       CRM & Process Management: Maintain accurate activity, candidate records, and workflow tracking within Bullhorn

·       Training & Development: Participate in ongoing coaching, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

What They’re Looking For:

·       Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       1+ years of professional experience

·       Background in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or other relationship-driven roles

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Competitive, proactive, and motivated by results

·       Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to work onsite in our office located in Solon, OH
