We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter to join our high-performing Construction Practice. Here you’ll work on impactful mid- to senior-level searches, sharpen your consultative skills, and build long-term industry expertise inside a nationally recognized search firm.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, research, referrals, and outbound calling

• Conduct consultative interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals

• Partner with leadership on search strategy and execution

• Manage client accounts through ongoing communication and search updates

• Maintain accurate activity and data within the ATS/CRM system

What We’re Looking For

• Recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting

• Experience with sourcing, outbound recruiting, and passive candidate engagement

• Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily

• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings

• Construction industry experience/knowledge is a plus!

• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
