The Opportunity
Integrity is hiring a Business Development Representative to build new client relationships and expand existing ones within targeted markets. This is a true hunter role focused on outbound sales, relationship-building, and new client acquisition.
This position offers uncapped earning potential, elite sales training, and a clearly defined path to owning your own book of business—or even your own practice—within the firm.
What You’ll Do
Identify, target, and develop relationships with prospective clients within Integrity’s existing markets
Drive new business by establishing service relationships across executive advisory, direct hire, consulting, project-based, and outsourced solutions
Conduct outbound prospecting using advanced CRM, database, and contact intelligence tools
Lead client discovery conversations and schedule high-quality customer meetings
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client success
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and ride-alongs with senior leadership
Track activity, pipeline, and results using established systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of progressive sales experience
Background selling IT services, software, or systems integration (recruiting experience is a plus)
Proven hunter mentality with a documented track record of closing new business
Comfortable selling services—not just managing existing accounts
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
