Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the specialty and infusion pharmacy industry

• Develop relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs

• Collaborate with the team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to better serve clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or sales professional, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries

• Knowledge of specialty and infusion pharmacy practices and regulations is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
