🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
📍 Location: Remote (first 6 months) → then Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) in Las Vegas, NV

🔎 What You’ll Do
Drive New Business: Identify, target, and win new clients in the dental industry
Build Relationships: Develop long-term client partnerships that foster trust and retention
Strategize for Growth: Craft and execute business development plans that hit and exceed goals
Know the Market: Stay ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities
Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track Success: Use data to evaluate performance and continuously improve
🧠 What You Bring
5+ years in business development, sales, or account management (staffing/healthcare is a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels
CRM and sales software proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
