Job description
Garman Partners is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound sales and marketing efforts. This role is the tip of the spear for all outreach activities and plays a critical part in generating new opportunities for our President and Practice Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in professional sales, direct exposure to executives, and a clear pathway to career growth within the company.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute outbound marketing sequences across LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day, focusing on MPC calls and Open Opportunity calls
Conduct market research to continually fill and maintain a strong outbound funnel
Speak confidently with business leaders about who we are, what we do, and how we support clients
Schedule high-quality meetings for the President and/or Practice Manager
Bring relevant market data and insights to daily internal meetings
Use established systems and processes to track outreach, activities, and results
Once proven in the role, begin attending sales meetings to learn the full sales process

Compensation & Growth
$60,000 base salary + bonuses for quality meetings set and deals signed
Clear opportunity to move into other areas of the company after 1 year, or remain long-term in the SDR role if preferred
