Senior Recruiter & Business Development Executive | Remote | 1099 to Full-Time Opportunity
Auravida Talent is building a high-performance search firm designed for producers who want to own outcomes, drive revenue, and help shape something from the ground up. We are looking for an experienced full-desk recruiter and business development producer who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build something from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Drive new business development by identifying and winning new client partnerships
Build and manage long-term relationships with healthcare and senior living organizations
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management
Execute full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates
Recruit leadership talent within senior living, assisted living, and healthcare operations
Develop creative recruiting and candidate marketing strategies to generate demand
Collaborate with internal support resources to scale delivery and pipeline activity
Help shape the growth strategy and operational foundation of a growing search firm
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Who You Are
Experienced full-desk recruiter or search consultant with a strong business development background
Proven ability to generate revenue within a recruiting or staffing environment
Entrepreneurial and self-directed with a builder mentality
Skilled at balancing both recruiting delivery and sales responsibilities
Motivated by long-term growth, autonomy, and uncapped earnings
Healthcare, senior living, or healthcare staffing experience is preferred but not required
Comfortable operating in an evolving startup environment where initiative and adaptability matter
